If you live here, the drive to your estimate is a short one, and you can reach a person on weekdays from 7 to 6. Lehi's housing is a mix. The older grid around Main Street still has kitchens and baths from the 1990s and early 2000s. North Lehi, Traverse Mountain, and the neighborhoods around Thanksgiving Point are newer two-stories, and a lot of those basements were left unfinished when the house was built. Both are ordinary calls for us: replace a tired kitchen, or turn the downstairs into a room you actually use. We are not a production builder, and we are not trying to be the cheapest bid in a Facebook group. You get a look at the house, a written range based on the room and the finish level, and a crew that recent clients have described as on time and easy to reach. If the project is a single bath or a tile repair, say so — homeowners have hired us for those too. ### Saratoga Springs, Utah County Saratoga Springs grew fast, and a lot of the homes share a plan: builder kitchen, builder bath, and a basement that's still concrete. That is a common project for us. West of Lehi, Saratoga Springs neighborhoods such as Harvest were built in waves. The finishes that came with the house were chosen for a price sheet, not for how you live. Ten or fifteen years on, the cabinets are worn, the tile is what the builder stocked, and the downstairs is storage. A kitchen replacement or a basement finish is usually the project, sometimes both. Jane, a Google reviewer, described a raw concrete basement we turned into a separate apartment — concrete floors, exposed beams, and a layout built around what she wanted. We won't assume your city will allow an apartment. We'll look at ceiling height, egress, and the mechanicals and tell you what the scope actually is before you spend money. The remodel is different in each, and we price them differently. Houses near Main Street and the older blocks are tighter. A primary bath might be a small footprint with a tub you want to turn into a shower, and the kitchen may still be the original U-shape. Newer homes toward the freeway have more square footage and the same builder-grade finishes we see in Lehi and Saratoga Springs. We measure before we talk about moving a wall. Bathroom work is a strength homeowners have written about: a flooded master bath, a full bath redo in a basement, tile that a client named specifically. If your American Fork project is a shower and a vanity rather than a whole kitchen, that is still a job we'll look at. The shop is one city north. Estimates are free on weekdays. The bones are fine. The kitchens and baths often aren't. A typical call here is not a new house. It's a rambler or a two-story where the oak cabinets, the laminate, or the cultured marble have done their time. The work is a new layout if the kitchen is closed off, or a careful replacement if the footprint already works. Baths in these houses are often a tub-shower combo that the owner wants as a tiled walk-in. We will tell you if a wall you want to remove looks structural, and we will not price that from the sidewalk. The written estimate comes after the visit. Pleasant Grove is a short drive south from Lehi on State Street or I-15. Call, text, or book a time Monday through Friday. ### Highland, Utah County Highland homes are larger, and the ask is usually specific: a kitchen that matches the rest of the house, or a primary bath with real stone and a shower that isn't the builder's. The Good / Better / Best estimator is useful here because the gap between builder-grade and a custom finish is wide. Best is the higher material allowance — not a promise of a particular brand. We still have to see the room. A big Highland kitchen with an island, new cabinets, and stone will not price like a 10-by-12 replacement in an older rambler, and the estimator lets you slide the square footage so you can see that before we talk. We don't publish a list of Highland addresses. The photos on this site are unlabeled by city on purpose: if we don't have the address in the file, we don't invent one. You're welcome to judge the white-oak kitchens and the tiled baths on their own. Highland sits just south of our Lehi shop. Weekday estimates are free. Remodels here are usually a kitchen or a primary bath, and the materials matter. These are not starter-kitchen swaps. Owners tend to know the cabinet style and the stone they want, and they care whether the crew protects the rest of the house. Reviewers have mentioned crews that stayed organized and cleaned up, and project managers — Kate and Annette — who answered questions while the work was underway. That coordination is the part we can actually promise to talk through at the estimate. If the house is older and the kitchen needs a structural change, say so up front. We'll look and tell you if the project is one we should take. We'd rather decline a job than invent a capability we haven't shown. From Lehi, Alpine is a direct drive down the valley. Finishing that space is straightforward work we do. The usual scope is framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, lighting, and often a bathroom. Sometimes a kitchenette. Low ceilings, a needed egress window, or a bathroom where the plumbing isn't roughed in will change that, which is why the visit is free and the bid comes after it. Kitchens in these houses are often still the original builder package. If you want that replaced in the same year as the basement, we can look at both and sequence them so you're not living in two demo zones at once. Eagle Mountain is farther from the shop than American Fork or Saratoga Springs. We still schedule it. Call if you're on the far side of the city and want to confirm we'll make the trip before you hold a day. ### Orem, Utah County Orem is not one housing type. Near the university and the older orchards you'll find ramblers and split-levels. Farther east, the houses get newer. The remodel follows the house. In a 1970s or 1980s Orem kitchen, the win is usually layout: more counter where you actually stand, a sink with light, and storage that isn't a corner nobody can reach. In a newer house the finishes may be fine in theory and cheap in practice — hollow doors, thin tile, a vanity that has swollen under the sink. We price those as different jobs. We'll tell you what we would replace and what we would leave. Orem is a reasonable weekday drive from north Lehi. Estimates are free. We remodel kitchens, baths, and basements. We don't pretend every old house is a simple swap. SunCrest, the valley neighborhoods, and the homes along the Point all have kitchens and baths that are due. Many Draper houses went up in the 1990s and 2000s. The floor plans are generous and the original finishes are tired: honey oak, tile that has cracked at the shower curb, vanities with failed seals. A remodel here is often a primary bath and a kitchen, not a rescue of a falling-down house. We treat it that way — protect the rest of the home, and replace what's in the scope. Basements in these houses are sometimes already finished and simply dated. That is a different bid from a bare concrete basement in Eagle Mountain. Tell us which one you have so the planning estimate isn't the wrong category. I-15 makes the trip from Lehi straightforward on a weekday. Estimates are free. ### Sandy, Salt Lake County Sandy's established neighborhoods — Dimple Dell and the blocks west of the mountain — are full of kitchens and baths from the 1980s through the 2000s. That's the work. We drive to Sandy from Lehi for projects that justify the trip: a full kitchen, a primary bath, a basement that needs to be lived in. If you need a single faucet replaced, we'll say so and point you to someone closer. The reviews that mention smaller jobs are about tile, a bath, and a flood rebuild, not a service-call business.
