Houses near Main Street often still have the original U-shaped kitchen. Newer homes toward the freeway have more square footage and the same builder-grade boxes we see in Lehi.
In the older kitchen the question is whether a wall can move. We do not price that from the sidewalk. In the newer kitchen the question is usually cabinets, stone, and light, inside a footprint that works. Those conversations happen on site.
