Saratoga Springs houses, and the basements that never got finished
Saratoga Springs grew fast, and a lot of the homes share a plan: builder kitchen, builder bath, and a basement that's still concrete. That is a common project for us.
West of Lehi, Saratoga Springs neighborhoods such as Harvest were built in waves. The finishes that came with the house were chosen for a price sheet, not for how you live. Ten or fifteen years on, the cabinets are worn, the tile is what the builder stocked, and the downstairs is storage. A kitchen replacement or a basement finish is usually the project, sometimes both.
