Jeremy Ranch is a golf community in unincorporated Summit County, at the Jeremy Ranch exit of I-80. It is in the Snyderville Basin. A Park City mailing address does not put the house inside Park City.

The houses start in the 1980s and continue with later, larger ones. They are mountain houses, not Old Town cottages. Kitchens and baths from the 1980s have had decades of use. A later house on the same community can be a finish change only. We can tell those apart on site.
Summit County is the permit authority. Park City municipal permits do not cover this exit. Lehi's checklist does not either. We do not publish a lot number or a street in the community.
