Jeremy Ranch is a residential golf community in unincorporated Summit County, at the Jeremy Ranch exit of I-80. It is in the Snyderville Basin. A Park City mailing address does not put the house inside Park City.
The houses date from the 1980s forward. They are mountain houses, not Old Town cottages on Main Street. Basements here were built with the house. The job is more often a redo or a finish of space that was left rough than a brand-new subdivision basement in the Salt Lake valley.
Summit County is the permit authority, not Park City municipality and not Lehi. We will not apply the wrong city's checklist. If you want a separate apartment, confirm that with Summit County before we price a kitchen.
The drive from Lehi is I-15 to I-80 through Parley's Canyon, exiting before Park City. It is a long weekday trip. We schedule a full basement. The photo is an in-progress kitchenette, not a Jeremy Ranch house. Rates are $52, $90, and $143 per square foot.
