Park City basements, Old Town and the later houses
Park City is an incorporated city in Summit County. A basement on a small Old Town lot is not the basement under a later house out toward the resorts. The drive from Lehi is a long one either way.
From north Lehi the usual route is I-15 north to I-80 east through Parley's Canyon. Provo Canyon to Heber and then US-40 is the other way. We schedule a basement someone is going to live in. A single repair is a call first, the same rule we use north of Sandy.
Park City municipal permits are not Summit County permits. Jeremy Ranch and much of the Snyderville Basin are outside the city limits. If your house is in the basin, use that page. If it is inside Park City, say so. We will not treat them as the same jurisdiction.
