Service areas along the Wasatch Front

The shop is in north Lehi. We schedule kitchen, bath, and basement estimates in the cities below. This list is the working area — if you don't see your town, call and we'll say whether we can take the job.

• Utah County

  Lehi

  The shop is at 3896 W 1850 N in north Lehi. If you live here, the drive to your estimate is a short one, and you can reach a person on weekdays from 7 to 6.

• Utah County

  Saratoga Springs

  Saratoga Springs grew fast, and a lot of the homes share a plan: builder kitchen, builder bath, and a basement that's still concrete. That is a common project for us.

• Utah County

  American Fork

  American Fork has a real downtown and a ring of newer subdivisions. The remodel is different in each, and we price them differently.

• Utah County

  Pleasant Grove

  Pleasant Grove's established neighborhoods are full of houses from the 1980s through the 2000s. The bones are fine. The kitchens and baths often aren't.

• Utah County

  Highland

  Highland homes are larger, and the ask is usually specific: a kitchen that matches the rest of the house, or a primary bath with real stone and a shower that isn't the builder's.

  Alpine

  Alpine is smaller lots of custom and semi-custom houses at the base of the mountains. Remodels here are usually a kitchen or a primary bath, and the materials matter.

  Eagle Mountain

  A lot of Eagle Mountain was built in the last twenty years, with big footprints and basements the builder left unfinished. Finishing that space is straightforward work we do.

• Utah County

  Orem

  Orem is not one housing type. Near the university and the older orchards you'll find ramblers and split-levels. Farther east, the houses get newer. The remodel follows the house.

• Utah County

  Provo

  Provo has historic neighborhoods, student-area houses, and newer homes on the east bench. We remodel kitchens, baths, and basements. We don't pretend every old house is a simple swap.

• Salt Lake County

  Draper

  From our Lehi address, Draper is the near side of Salt Lake County. SunCrest, the valley neighborhoods, and the homes along the Point all have kitchens and baths that are due.

• Salt Lake County

  Sandy

  Sandy's established neighborhoods — Dimple Dell and the blocks west of the mountain — are full of kitchens and baths from the 1980s through the 2000s. That's the work.
