The bath we are asked about in Alpine is usually the primary bath, with stone and a shower that was not a builder surround. A small hall bath is a different, smaller scope.
We look at the drain and the waterproofing before we agree to a layout from a photo. Custom houses still have plumbing in a real wall. The gallery baths are our work and are not labeled as Alpine.
Bathroom planning rates are $171, $266, and $399 per square foot. Eighty square feet at Good is $13,680. A primary bath in a custom house is often discussed at the higher finish level. The written number comes after the visit.
Alpine is east of Highland and a direct drive from the Lehi shop. Weekdays, 7 AM to 6 PM. Saturday is not on the regular calendar.
