Salt Lake City is the long drive, and we still schedule it
Salt Lake City is farther from the Lehi shop than Draper, Bluffdale, or Sandy. We come for a kitchen, a bath, or a basement someone is going to live in.
Salt Lake City is in Salt Lake County, north of Sandy, and the longest of these drives from the Lehi shop.
The houses are not one plan. A basement in the Avenues or Sugar House is often already partly finished and low. A later house on the west side may still be open. An older kitchen may need a wall looked at. A later kitchen may only need the cabinets. We do not price those from a photo, and we do not label gallery photos as Salt Lake City jobs.
Salt Lake City issues its own permits. Lehi's basement checklist does not cover a house here. If you want a downstairs apartment, confirm that with the city before we order anything.
Call (385) 421-9864 before you hold a day if the project is small. We would rather say the drive does not fit than pretend a faucet replacement belongs on this route. Full remodels are the work.
The shop is at 3896 W 1850 N, Lehi, UT 84043. Call (385) 421-9864 or email theuniversecontractor@gmail.com. Owners Esre Vinu and Caitlin Vinu were interviewed by KSL.com on April 21, 2026.
