Salt Lake City basements are not one kind of room
A basement in the Avenues or Sugar House is often already partly finished and low. A later house on the west side may still be open. Those are different bids, and both are a real drive from Lehi.
We come from north Lehi for a basement that is going to be lived in. If the job is a single repair, say so before you hold a day. The Sandy page already says the same thing about small calls north of Sandy, and Salt Lake City is farther than Sandy.
Do not treat Lehi's permit checklist as Salt Lake City's. Salt Lake City issues its own permits. We will not reprint another city's packet and call it yours. Egress, ceiling height, and a second kitchen are questions for that city before cabinets are ordered.
