Millcreek incorporated in 2016. East Millcreek rises toward Millcreek Canyon. A lot of those houses are mid-century ramblers and split-levels with basements that were finished once and are now dated.
A low mid-century basement is not an unfinished Daybreak basement. Headroom comes first. A later house on the valley floor of Millcreek may have more height. We measure before we talk about bedrooms.
Millcreek is its own city in Salt Lake County. Its permits are not Lehi's and not Salt Lake City's. We do not reprint another city's checklist here.
