Lehi's housing is a mix. The older grid around Main Street still has kitchens and baths from the 1990s and early 2000s. North Lehi, Traverse Mountain, and the neighborhoods around Thanksgiving Point are newer two-stories, and a lot of those basements were left unfinished when the house was built. Both are ordinary calls for us: replace a tired kitchen, or turn the downstairs into a room you actually use.
