Daybreak and the later southwest neighborhoods left a lot of basements unfinished. Older streets closer to the original town are a tighter house. We do not use one price for both.
South Jordan is in southwest Salt Lake County, south of West Jordan and north of Riverton.

South Jordan is not Lehi, and it does not use Lehi's permit packet. An apartment downstairs has to be allowed by this city. We have finished one client's basement into an apartment. That project does not set the rule here.
