Orem remodels start with the house you already have
Orem is not one housing type. Near the university and the older orchards you'll find ramblers and split-levels. Farther east, the houses get newer. The remodel follows the house.
In a 1970s or 1980s Orem kitchen, the win is usually layout: more counter where you actually stand, a sink with light, and storage that isn't a corner nobody can reach. In a newer house the finishes may be fine in theory and cheap in practice — hollow doors, thin tile, a vanity that has swollen under the sink. We price those as different jobs.
