Provo projects, said plainly
Provo has historic neighborhoods, student-area houses, and newer homes on the east bench. We remodel kitchens, baths, and basements. We don't pretend every old house is a simple swap.
An older Provo house can hide plumbing, odd framing, and ceilings that change a design you liked on a phone. We'll look before we promise a layout. If the project needs more structural work than a typical remodel, we'll say that at the estimate rather than discover it as a surprise invoice. Clients have written that when something went wrong, Esre corrected it in person.
Basement apartments come up in Provo. We have finished a raw basement into a separate apartment for a client. Your block may not allow what theirs did. Ask us to check the constraints with you before you pick cabinets.
We're north of you, in Lehi. Book a time, or call (801) 609-7478 on a weekday between 7 and 6. Saturday appointments are not on the regular calendar.
