West Jordan has two kinds of houses, and two kinds of bids
Older ramblers nearer the Jordan River often have a low, partly finished basement and a kitchen that is closed off. Later subdivisions are a newer plan. We price them differently.
West Jordan is in Salt Lake County, north of South Jordan and west of Sandy.
Headroom is the first measurement in an older downstairs. A tub-shower combination in a small rambler bath is a different job from a later primary bath. Opening a closed-off kitchen means looking at the wall. We do not do that from the street.
West Jordan issues its own permits. A second kitchen or an apartment is a city question, not something we guess. We will not reuse Lehi's basement checklist here.
The drive from north Lehi crosses the southwest valley. Weekday estimates are free. Call (385) 421-9864 if you want the trip confirmed for a smaller bath.
The shop is at 3896 W 1850 N, Lehi, UT 84043. Call (385) 421-9864 or email theuniversecontractor@gmail.com. Owners Esre Vinu and Caitlin Vinu were interviewed by KSL.com on April 21, 2026.
