West Jordan basements depend on which part of the city
Older ramblers nearer the Jordan River often have a downstairs that was partly finished and is low. Later subdivisions are a newer house with a different basement.
We will not sell a bedroom count the ceiling cannot hold. Headroom is the first measurement in the older houses. In the later ones, the question is whether the space was left concrete and whether a bath was roughed in.
West Jordan permits are West Jordan's. A Lehi checklist does not approve work here. An apartment or a second kitchen has to be confirmed with the city.
