Riverton basements sit between a redo and a first finish
Riverton is south of South Jordan and east of Herriman. The houses are mostly 1990s and 2000s two-stories. Some basements were finished with the house. Some were not.
A finished Riverton basement that needs new flooring and a bath is not the same estimate as an open one that still needs framing. We ask which you have before we talk about square footage.
The city is its own permit authority. We do not hand you Lehi's checklist and call it Riverton's. If the downstairs is meant to be a separate apartment, confirm that with the city first.
