Herriman basements are the unfinished ones
Herriman grew west of Riverton after 2000. The houses are large, and the basement the builder left open is the project we hear about.
The scope is usually framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, lighting, and a bathroom if the plumbing was roughed in. If it was not roughed in, the bath is a different number. Low ceilings and egress are the other two facts that move the bid. We do not assume Herriman uses another city's rules.
The west side of Herriman is a longer drive from Lehi than Riverton or Bluffdale. Mention that when you book so we plan the time. We still schedule full basement finishes there.
An 800 square foot basement at the Good rate of $52 is $41,600 in the quote tool. Better is $90 and Best is $143 per square foot. The photo is a kitchenette still in progress, not a finished Herriman room.
