Cabinets, stone, and a backsplash that is not the standard stock tile are the replacement. The footprint often already works, including an island. If you are finishing the basement in the same year, we can sequence the two so the house is not all demo at once.
Planning rates are $190, $309, and $475 per square foot. The default 180 square foot Good kitchen is $34,200. A Herriman kitchen may be larger. Do not treat the default as your floor.
