Kitchens in these houses are often the original builder package, sitting above an unfinished basement. Some owners do both. Some only want the kitchen.
If you want the kitchen replaced in the same year as the basement, we can look at both and keep the demo from taking over the whole house at once. If you only want the kitchen, we will not talk you into the downstairs.
Planning rates are $190, $309, and $475 per square foot. The 180 square foot Good example is $34,200. A larger Eagle Mountain kitchen will not land on that example, which is the point of the square-footage slider.
