Eagle Mountain baths, upstairs or inside the basement finish
The bath we are asked about is either the builder's primary bath or a new bath inside a basement that has never been finished.
A new basement bath needs a plumbing path. An upstairs remodel needs the existing tile torn out without wrecking the hallway. We treat those as different estimates even when they are in the same house.
Quote-tool rates are $171, $266, and $399 per square foot, and the 80 square foot Good example is $13,680. A basement bath that is only a few fixtures will not match a full primary suite, and the written bid will say so.
Call before you hold a day if the house is on the far side of Eagle Mountain. We will tell you if the trip makes sense for the size of the bath.
