Bluffdale basements, the short drive in Salt Lake County
Bluffdale sits at the Point of the Mountain, between Riverton and Lehi. For us it is the near Salt Lake County city, not a trip to downtown and not a climb to SunCrest.
Newer houses on the west side of the freeway often still have an unfinished basement. Older lots in town may already be finished. The bid follows that difference. We are a few minutes north of the shop at 3896 W 1850 N.
Bluffdale is not Draper. SunCrest is Draper's hill. If your house is up there, use the Draper page and say so when you book. If you are on the valley floor in Bluffdale, the drive is the short one.
