Sandy basements were usually finished once already
Dimple Dell and the blocks west of the mountain are full of houses from the 1980s through the 2000s. The downstairs is often finished and simply dated, not bare concrete.
That is a different category from an Eagle Mountain basement that was never built out. Tell us which one you have so the planning estimate is not the wrong line in the quote tool. A redo of flooring, ceiling, lighting, and a bath is still a basement project. It is not priced as new square footage of empty concrete unless that is what we find.
We drive from Lehi for a basement someone is going to live in. If you are north of Sandy, call before you book. We will say whether the drive fits the job. A single faucet is not the trip.
