Holladay, Salt Lake County

Holladay basements in established neighborhoods

Holladay is an incorporated Salt Lake County city, between Millcreek to the north and Cottonwood Heights to the southeast. It is not the canyon mouth, and it is not a new southwest-valley subdivision.

The houses are mostly established lots: mid-century ramblers and later custom rebuilds, with larger yards than the production houses in Herriman or Daybreak. A basement here was often finished with the house and is now dated. That is a redo, not a bare concrete basement, unless we find otherwise on the visit.

Holladay incorporated in 1999. Its permits are Holladay's, not Millcreek's, not Cottonwood Heights', and not Lehi's. We will not hand you another city's checklist.

From north Lehi the drive is I-15 north and then east, longer than Sandy and similar to Millcreek. We schedule a full finish. Call first for a small repair. The photo is an in-progress kitchenette, not a Holladay address. Quote-tool rates are $52, $90, and $143 per square foot.
