Holladay kitchens on established lots
A Holladay kitchen is usually in a house that has been on its lot for decades, along Highland Drive, Holladay Boulevard, and the streets between Millcreek and Cottonwood Heights. Some of those kitchens are original. Some were rebuilt later.
An original mid-century kitchen may be closed off from the room where people sit. A later rebuild may only need the cabinets and the stone replaced. We can tell those apart in the house, not from the city name. We do not label gallery kitchens as Holladay work.
Planning rates are $190, $309, and $475 per square foot. The 180 square foot Good example is $34,200. An older Holladay kitchen is often smaller than that example.
