Park City, Summit County

Park City kitchens, on small Old Town lots and in later houses

Old Town kitchens sit on the historic mining-town lots along and off Main Street. Houses built later, toward the resorts and Prospector, have more room and a different kitchen. We do not price them as one.

We do not claim a gallery kitchen is a Park City kitchen. The photos on this site are unlabeled by city when we do not have that address in the file. Materials in a mountain house can be a higher finish. That is a quote-tool level, Best versus Good, not a Park City surcharge we invented.

Kitchen planning rates are $190, $309, and $475 per square foot. The 180 square foot Good example is $34,200. An Old Town kitchen may be smaller. A later house may be larger.
