The early Jeremy Ranch houses are 1980s mountain homes. Later ones on the same golf community are larger. Neither is an Old Town Park City kitchen, and neither is a Salt Lake valley builder package.
A 1980s kitchen here has had forty years. The layout may still work for a mountain house and still need new cabinets, stone, and light. A later kitchen may be a finish change only. We can tell those apart in the house, not from the exit on I-80.
