These kitchens are in custom and semi-custom houses built from the 2000s on, east of Heber City. They are not 1980s Jeremy Ranch kitchens and not Old Town Park City kitchens.
The finish level is usually the point: cabinets and stone chosen for a custom house, and care for the rest of the rooms. A 2000s kitchen can already be well planned and still be ready to replace. We look before we decide it needs a new layout.
