Red Ledges basements, in Heber City
Red Ledges is a golf community on the east side of Heber City, in Wasatch County. It is not in Park City, and it is not in Summit County. The houses are mostly custom and semi-custom homes from the 2000s onward.
From Lehi the usual drive is I-15 south to Provo Canyon, US-189, into the Heber Valley, then east to the community. The other way is Parley's Canyon to Park City and south on US-40. Both are long. We schedule a full basement finish, not a service call.
Heber City and Wasatch County handle the permits. We will not use a Summit County or Lehi checklist for a house here. These basements were built with newer custom houses. The question is what was left unfinished and how the golf-community lot slopes, which we can see only on site.
