Yalecrest, Salt Lake County
Bathroom remodels in Yalecrest's smaller older baths
The older bath in Yalecrest is often the only full bath, or one of two, in a house built in the early twentieth century. It is not a builder primary suite from a 2010s subdivision.
A tub that is staying and a tub that is leaving are different jobs, and the drain decides a lot of that. Plaster walls and a floor that is out of square show up in houses of this age. We do not know what was updated in the walls until we are there. If the house has only one full bath, the work has to leave the house usable. We do not publish a number of weeks.
The quote tool prices a bathroom at $171, $266, and $399 per square foot. Eighty square feet at Good is $13,680. A hall bath in these houses can be under that size. Nothing in the gallery is labeled as a Yalecrest bath.
Salt Lake City is the building department. A local historic district, where the city has designated one inside the neighborhood, is an extra question for exterior changes. From Lehi this is a long weekday. A full bath is the trip. Call (385) 421-9864 before you book a single fixture.
